1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77bp ("we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 77bp.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from 77bp or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity for any third party with the intent to exploit or test the platform.
• You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with local laws.

77bp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 77bp may result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of 77bp, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different name or identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you.
• You must notify 77bp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77bp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access that occurred before notification was received.
• 77bp reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

77bp accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or pledged to any third party. The account holder is at all times the individual whose details were provided at registration.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

77bp supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. There are no deposit fees charged by 77bp.
• Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, at 77bp's discretion. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by 77bp.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 77bp may request copies of a national identity document (NID card), passport, or other government-issued identification before approving any withdrawal request.
• 77bp reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Where fraud or bonus abuse is confirmed, the relevant balance may be forfeited in full.
• Deposits made by a third party or from a payment account not registered in the player's own name are not accepted and will be returned. 77bp will not process withdrawals to accounts in third-party names.

Processing times for withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically under 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within 1 to 24 hours. 77bp does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

6Bonuses and Promotions

77bp offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are separate from the real-money balance. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the wagering requirement may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• 77bp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be affected by withdrawal of that specific offer, provided they continue to meet the stated conditions.

Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Victory Day, and Independence Day are offered at 77bp's discretion and are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply unless superseded by the specific promotion terms.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 77bp are provided by certified third-party game studios and are subject to the rules and specifications of each respective game provider. By playing any game on 77bp, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following conditions also apply:

• 77bp sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and league. In cricket, all bets on a match are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void, applicable settlement rules will be applied and communicated to affected players.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77bp. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform as a mechanism to move or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, including match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated system to interact with the platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, harvesting data, manipulating game outcomes, or circumventing security measures.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or using false, borrowed, or third-party identity information.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software vulnerability, game malfunction, or pricing error on the platform, whether or not such exploitation results in a financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 77bp staff, customer support agents, live dealer personnel, or other players — whether through chat functions, email, or any other communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming

77bp is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — Players may set a maximum deposit limit on their account at any time. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — Players may set session duration reminders that alert them when a specified amount of time has elapsed in a gaming session.

• 77bp is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.
• Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where termination is initiated by the player (voluntary account closure), the net real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any amounts owed to 77bp.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bp platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other content created by or on behalf of 77bp, is the exclusive intellectual property of 77bp or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any 77bp intellectual property without express written permission.

Game content, including game artwork, sound effects, animations, and proprietary game mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to 77bp for display on the platform. 12Limitation of Liability

13Amendments to These Terms

77bp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 77bp will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the contact details on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected].

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and 77bp, the player is encouraged to first contact the 77bp support team at [email protected] so that the matter may be resolved informally. 77bp will use reasonable endeavours to respond to and resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. 77bp makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.
